Right now, Pro ($49/mo) and Team ($149/mo) are free for the first 100 arborists who sign up. After we hit 100 signups, paid plans turn on for new users. Everyone who joined before then keeps their free access — we grandfather early adopters.
Can I try Pro features before paying?
Right now, Pro is free for the first 100 arborists. Sign up — you're in. After we hit the cap, the Free plan still includes AI species ID, GPS mapping, and PDF reports up to 50 trees per month.
Do I need to replace my CRM?
No. Tree Inventory AI works alongside your existing CRM or field service software. We handle tree inventory — your CRM handles the rest.
What counts as a 'tree' in the free plan?
Each tree you capture and analyze counts as one tree. Viewing existing trees, generating reports from already-captured data, and editing records don't count against the 50-tree monthly limit.
Why are Arboris AI messages metered separately?
Trees and Arboris are different cost shapes. Capturing a tree is a single short AI call. An Arboris conversation can run 5–10× the tokens of a tree analysis, since the assistant is reasoning over your full inventory. Metering them separately keeps the tree price honest and gives heavy chat users a clear path forward instead of capping everyone at the lowest common denominator.
